The threat of Russia starting a nuclear war has diminished. Putin collects his own feces in briefcases. There is now confusion where the nuclear briefcase is. He could find something labeled Geneva/Biden/afternoon, then Geneva/Biden/afternoon + 10min, then Geneva/Biden/afternoon + 20min. There is a whole floor marked Dresden/Merkel, another floor London/T. Blair, then Vatican/John Paul/probably morning, then Buckingham Palace/Queen II, then Stoltenberg/empty. He called his food taster for help but that guy passed out after opening a briefcase labeled Paris/Macron/all night.
