Only twelve qubits for research purposes. This is very far from a working quantum computer. You may not know that, but this is totally the wrong direction.
Intel already stumbled on its superconducting quantum computer. The superconducting gates just refuse to cooperate. Are you surprised?
This chip, based on semiconductors, is known ahead of time to be a dud. We already discussed the reasons why.
