You need to read the Victory Plan by President Zelensky first to understand what is discussed. Even then, there are apparently some "secret" points we cannot access.
Let's comment on President Zelensky's Victory Plan.
1) Ukraine will not join NATO soon. This is a moot point. No people in NATO countries, mainly in the US, are eager to go to war tomorrow for some non-member country. Options to consider could be US-free NATO or the US's reduced status to an observer. That would require much more European effort to defend itself against Russian evil.
2) Sending drone swarms into Russia to destroy their energy sources is the correct way and must be enhanced. NATO will probably not help much. Long-range missiles are likely not coming. Developing such weapons in Ukraine may take many years, if possible.
3) We don't know details. We understand that the flow of weapons to defeat Russia is inadequate. Russia keeps moving forward. The war can be around for several more years under such conditions. The outcome remains unclear.
4) Economic cooperation is vital; however, whether it can function under war conditions remains unknown.
5) The war is ongoing; the postwar period is only a foggy dream. The statement, "Kyiv suggests replacing the US military in Europe with Ukrainian troops after the war.", should be erased before anyone can see it.
Additional remarks.
1) The Russian language must be permanently banned from Ukraine. Ukrainians using it today should be forced to abandon it rather quickly. Libraries with Russian books, music, and movies should be burned down, and there should never be Russian theater or ballet performed in Ukraine.
2) All religious institutions with strong ties to Russia must be closed down. No exception.
3) Ukraine can develop its own nuclear weapons; it needs to put an effort in that direction. It is against four nuclear powers: Russia, China, North Korea, and very soon - Iran.
4) One more time, a reminder that nuclear weapons were developed to be used. Worked very well in Japan during WWII. Whoever first starts a nuclear war is a winner because the other side no longer exists. In the US, nuclear weapons are used mainly for making Hollywood movies about them.
5) A European Union with 750 million people is having problems with a country with only 150 million people. This should not be the case. It is so much bigger, yet so very much impotent. Problems with the EU leadership are apparent.
6) There is no need for any negotiations with Russia. Russia can start withdrawing from Ukraine today. There is no need for meetings, signing anything, handshakes in front of the TV cameras, or answering reporters' questions. It is really a very simple procedure. Putin must just fuck out of Ukraine!
7) Nothing is mentioned about corruption within the Ukrainian government. How can this be reduced or eliminated?
8) Many Ukrainians are still escaping the war by "visiting" many European countries. The numbers are staggering.
9) Ukraine is not addressing genocide issues related to Stepan Bandera's activities during WWII.
